This package is for the bride who prefers to search for venues and service providers herself, but who would like to leave the last 4-6 weeks of finalizations up to us. We arrange to meet with you to get the details of all the service providers and make sure that the finishing touches are taken care of.
This package includes the following:
- A one hour consultation in which you will inform Confetti Events of wedding arrangements
- Ensuring that all service providers know what is expected of them by getting in contact to finalise details.
- Assisting you with finalisation of every last detail
- Ensure that all deliveries will be on time
- Organising the finalisation of speeches
- RSVP tracking and management
- Timeline of wedding preparation
- Arranging all transport needed
- Ensuring that your appointment schedule for hair and make up arranged
- On the day coordination to ensure the event runs smoothly. We will stay until 10pm to make sure everything has been taken care of.
- Any alternative services as specified between bride and Confetti Events
