This package covers everything to ensure that your wedding is as special as you dream it to be, including the complete design and planning service. After the initial consultation, we will create a personal portfolio designed according to your specifications. We will then work with you to create your ideal wedding. We will send out request for quotations, accompany you to meetings with your suppliers and assist in managing your payments.


This package includes the following:


  • An initial two hour consultation in which we will discuss your needs and get to know each other. (if you are not in Port Elizabeth this will be done via email correspondence and telephone.)
  • Full budgeting service. This will ensure that you and your fiancée are kept in the loop with regards to how your budget is spent.
  • Referral to a suitable venue for ceremony and reception within a 30km radius of Port Elizabeth.
  • Maximum of 3 venues and 3 ceremony venues will be viewed with the client. Should additional venues be viewed, it will be charged for accordingly. If you have already booked your venue, further correspondence will be entered into with the venue (such as venue layout, menu details and other important details).
  • Selection of a dress designer or wedding dress shop for the bride and bridesmaids. If you already have a dress designer, then we will take care of any further correspondence. We will attend your dress fittings and ensure the bridesmaids outfits are organised.
  • Suit hire. We will accompany the groom and his best men to ensure that their outfits are suitable.
  • We will provide assistance with the colour and décor theme for the reception. We will accompany you to the décor specialist to ensure that she has a clear idea of the type of décor and flowers you’d like.
  • Selection of a photographer and/or videographer to fit your budget and style. If already booked, we will be part of all future correspondence.
  • Advice and booking of the following service providers: florist, caterer, musicians, décor co-ordination (hire of tableware, crockery etc), wedding and other transport.
  • Wedding cake. We will organise a cake tasting to ensure the cake looks beautiful and tastes delicious.
  • Stationery recommendations. We will accompany you to organise your stationery. We will ensure that all your stationary requirements are met and will assist you with the wording thereof.
  • Helping you manage your RSVP’s and contacting those guests who haven’t done so.
  • Assisting you with setting up your free online registry at www.thegiftregistry.co.za
  • Management of guest accommodation & travel
  • Hair, make-up and nail appointments.
  • Help you work out a timetable for the day. This will be a minute by minute breakdown of what will happen, and when.
  • Help with venue decoration and set-up
  • Monthly status updates in person, or via telephone or email
  • Timeline of wedding preparations
  • Advice to the best man and master of ceremonies regarding etiquette and speeches.
  • Attending the wedding rehearsal
  • On-the-day coordination to ensure the event runs smoothly. We will stay until 10pm to make sure everything has been taken care of.
  • Any alternative services as specified between bride and Confetti Events (additional charges will be billed for accordingly)
